Objectives:
- Understand the key principles of inclusive education and equity-based learning
- Introduce and explore the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) framework and other inclusive strategies
- Familiarise participants with inclusive curriculum planning and adaptation methods
- Promote collaborative practice and co-teaching models in inclusive settings
- Improve teachers’ capacity to support neurodiverse students, as well as those with physical and sensory disabilities
- Enhance teachers’ ability to design inclusive learning scenarios and assessments
- Exchange best practices in inclusive learning environments, including use of ICT and assistive technologies
- Build cross-cultural awareness and encourage European cooperation on inclusion
Methodology:
Step 1: Introduction to the concept of Inclusive Education in EU context
Step 2: Familiarisation with UDL, differentiation, and inclusive pedagogy
Step 3: Basic didactical strategies and tools (ICT, visuals, etc.)
Step 4: Showcasing examples of good inclusive practices
Step 5: Development of inclusive learning scenarios and lesson plans

Step 7: Round table – Open dialogue on inclusion, barriers, and support
